Looking for recommendations, please! I am teaching a new class for elementary school teachers in need of some anxiety reduction and strength building. They are all athletes in 40s/50s. One woman has some lumbar pain from diagnosed degenerative disc disease. I am researching good poses to use for her, options, and contraindications--but do you have any recommendations for optimal, safe movement? I would appreciate your help! Thank you!
