MFIT - Warm-up with 800 meter run, shoulder mobility and spine mobility, focus on your most limited area of mobility for warm-up and the targeted area for WOD Weighted step-ups overhead with KB press 3x6 ea opp arm/leg. perform a step-up 20" box with one leg and as you are stepping up perform and shoulder press with the opposite shoulder. Focus on midline stability and form. KB load is based on form, heavy but not causing jumping or poor form. Rest 3 min Clean pulls 3x5 @ 85% max clean Good mornings 3x8, moderate strength load Tabata Rows 20 sec on/ 10 sec off, 8 rounds (all out efforts scored with lowest meters held in work cycle)
