Main - CrossFit Todays Metcon is the WOD for Tasha that has been organised by Andy Roberts of CF Exact today for 2pm. However you can complete the workout at our scheduled classes and choose to pay the buy-in [donation] of 5 dollars if you wish but it isnt compulsory either. We will pass on any donations when we go over today at 2pm. Warm-up Warm-up (No Measure) 10m Inch Worm 20m Broad Jump 30second Handstand Hold 20m Broad Jump 10 Kang Squats 20/15kg 100m Carioca. Weightlifting 3/3 Deadlifts + Power Cleans (7 sets to a max.) Perform 3 Deadlifts straight into 3 TnG Power Cleans without dropping or releasing the bar at the floor. Measurement is 1x3 as the 3 cleans are the limiting factor not the Deadlifts. Ring Dips (4 x Max ) Record your largest set of reps. Dips (4 x Max) Parallette dips, build to a tough 10 or less.
