Mainstream Media substantially misrepresents the Gaza conflict issues: 1 Gaza IS a sovereign state 2 As such it MUST follow the Geneva Conventions (GC) 3 GC MANDATES that civilians CANNOT be used as shields, or for ANY military purposes 4 Civilians are NOT TO BE TARGETED by ANY military activities (this does NOT include unavoidable collateral damage) 5 All military personnel are MANDATED to be uniformed, bearing emblems of their govt. 6 much more The GC is also VERY CLEAR that no nation is held to GC standards* when its opponent willfully voids these GC MANDATES. * This was always and remains to FORCE nations to adhere to GC Conventions The legal issues are crystal clear. Hamas/Gazas actions ARE War Crimes, and void all GC protections. Anyone who is upset over the HORRIFIC CARNAGE and INCREDIBLE SUFFERING Gazans experience due to the actions of THEIR TWICE ELECTED GOVT need to recognize responsibilities where they lie.
