Mayor David Bower and Police Chief Troy Merry answered the Cold Water Challenge this morning, getting sprayed down by the fire department. The Cold Water Challenge, a popular charity challenge on social media, asks people to donate $10 to a charity of their choice then get soaking wet. They get to call out another person, who must then either pay the $10 and get soaked or pay $100 and stay dry. While getting flour dumped on them is not usually part of the challenge, Merry had to be sprayed off again after this friendly stunt was pulled on him.
