Meatloaf, smothered potatoes (though they kinda turned out to look like mashed potatoes), and green beans for dinner. Happy Saturday yall! :) Meatloaf recipe! 1 pound ground beef 1 egg 1 clove of garlic minced 1 small yellow onion thinly sliced 2/3 cup of Italian bread crumbs 1 1/2 tablespoons of worcestershire 2 tablespoons of Beazells 1 tablespoon of onion powder 1 tablespoon of garlic powder Heaping pinch of dried parsley For the gravy 1 cup cold water and 1 package of McCormick brown gravy mix (if you want more gravy just double or triple) Mix all ingredients together. Form a loaf & grease loaf pan and place it in. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 mins. After 45 mins, mix gravy and pour onto meatloaf bake uncovered at 400 an additional 20 mins to brown.
