Meet the Expert: Advanced Seminar with Professor Judith Justice Medical anthropologist Professor Judith Justice—a expert on global health research and evaluation -- will deliver a talk followed by a discussion on Thursday, September 26, 2013. The title of her talk is entitled, “The piper and the tune: Perspectives on global health research and evaluation”. Professor Judith Justice (University of California, San Francisco) is a medical anthropologist whose research interests include the sociocultural aspects of health, international and national health policy, comparative medical systems, the cultural context of infectious diseases, maternal and child health, and reproductive health. She has worked in Asia and Africa, conducting research for foundations, international, and private organizations. She is the author of the widely circulated book titled ‘Policies, Plans and People: Foreign Aid and Health Development’ (University of California Press, 1989).
