My camera and lens are still held hostage by Canon KL. This is the 4th round Im sending them in just to calibrated the lens. To date, it has passed 2 months. How long will it take for them to just calibrated a lens? I have received calls from KL and explained the matter clearly and they still cant get it right. Some more dare to say all lenses have a bit of OOF when shipped out of the factory to the market. I have sent in a very detailed e-mail to the top shot in KL but none dared to reply to my mail to clarify the matter. Can anyone help me to understand their jobs quality?
