Narrowleaf Milkweed, (Asclepias fascicularis) With a Monarch - TopicsExpress

Narrowleaf Milkweed, (Asclepias fascicularis) With a Monarch caterpillar in the middle - and look to far left, there appears to be a round white dot. Looks like a Monarch egg! These are usually found UNDER the milkweed leaf. And just to the left of the caterpillar -- one orange dot. Probably an orange aphid. Usually found by the dozens, these aphids compete with other insects for the Milkweed. For seed planting instructions , visit The Monarch Watch Website: monarchwatch.org/milkweed/prop.htm
