New Tropical Disturbance 94W (LPA) continues to organize and was relocated within the PAR, west of Mindoro. Latest dynamic forecast models show the system becoming a Tropical Depression (TD) within the next 1 to 2 days and track northward across the West Philippine Sea. Its developing center was located about 625 km west-southwest of Metro Manila (12.5N Lat 115.6E Lon)...with maximum winds of 30 km/hr near the center...and was barely moving during the past 6 hours. This disturbance has a medium chance (30-50%) of developing into a Tropical Cyclone within the next 24 hours
