Nice message from one of our HIITers it warms my heart to see we are making a difference. I had a proud moment yesterday at work. Ive just started a new job as an operating theatre assistant. I work with a lot of men and yesterday we had to carry this instrument tray it weighed 28kgs and the boys all couldnt lift it it was on the floor and they kept saying that their backs hurt. I came in and said they just have bad technique and then I squatted to the grown ass to the floot and made knees were aligned didnt go over my toes, I then lifted the tray with a straight back and carried the tray about 75m. The boys were impressed!! The things you and chon teach us seriously stick and are used in every day life! Thanks so much...
