Ok......... so Vicodine was the decided pain medication for now, and although I am on bedrest only, I decided that instead of trying to pee in their porta-urinal, I would slowly slide to a sitting position, and attempt to stand and pee like a man. It worked. My balance that is! Awkward feeling because of the padding on the side where my foot was cut, it is packed quite tightly and wrapped like a burrito, weird feeling. I post this picture, you see my 4th toe and a lot of gauze to the right. Not sure what is underneath, but I do know that now that all the rest is padding.
