Okay, I swear I am not the crazy workout lady on vacation. In fact, I am probably the complete opposite. However, I do know if I get a quick 15-20 minute workout done in the morning, I feel far less guilty indulging in croissants, baguettes, and crepes all day. And, I have WAY more energy once I get those endorphins pumpin’. So here’s the deal, don’t spend your vacation in the gym! Use this 15 Minute Travel Workout I designed using only a j/fit resistance band. I (Stephanie) was in Paris last weekend and had so much fun doing it right next to the Eiffel Tower…my booty is still sore!
