On 9th Nov 2014, around 10.23am i was driving my whole family down to Ngee Ann City from Somerset Road approaching Grange Road. This particular driver in the Car plate of SGU7034M did not signal early knowing he will be turning into the Orchard Blvd, he went in directly cutting through my car. As part of safety reason, i horned him with regards to this sudden move he made. All i got is a Middle Finger showing at me when my car drove past him.
