On January 5, 2014 at approximately 6:47 PM, Mount Union Police assisted the ambulance with an incident on South Division Street. On January 7, 2014 at approximately 6:15 PM, Mount Union Police investigated a hit and run crash on East Water Street. An individual reported that someone had struck the mirror of his truck while it was parked along the street and left the scene. On January 8, 2014 at approximately 6:50 PM, Mount Union Police assisted the ambulance with an incident on North Jefferson Street. On January 9, 2014 at approximately 5:20 PM, Mount Union Police received a report of harassment from a West Market Street resident. On January 9, 2014 at approximately 6:09 PM, Mount Union Police responded to a commercial burglary alarm on Federal Drive and found the alarm to have been false. On January 9, 2014 at approximately 9:24 PM, Mount Union Police responded to a report of a disturbance on East Vandevender Street. The parties were warned to quiet down, and no further incidents were reported. On January 10, 2014 at approximately 3:08 AM, Mount Union Police were called to a report of disorderly conduct on South Division Street. The parties were warned and no further incidents were reported. On January 11, 2014 at approximately 2:33 AM, Mount Union Police were called to a report of loud noise coming from a West Milford Street residence. As a result of the investigation, Richard Happle, 29, Mount Union, received a citation for a violation of the Boroughs Noise Ordinance. On January 13, 2014 at approximately 5:00 PM, Mount Union Police investigated a report of harassment on South Division Street. On January 13, 2014 at approximately 5:30 PM, Mount Union Police assisted a Pennsylvania State Constable serving a warrant of arrest on Wrangletown Road. The subject was taken into custody.
