One thing about society is everything risky requires a licence, e.g learning to drive, owning a gun, getting married,lol.. everything risky except for technology, for some reason theres no standard syllabus, no basic course,they just sort of give you your computer and kick you out of the nest, you are suppose to learn the stuff, just by osmosis cause nobody ever sits down and tells you this is how it works.
