Ordinary People. God use ordinary people.God used Peter and John, to do great things for Him. When the Council saw the boldness of Peter and John and could see that they were obviously uneducated non-professionals, they were amazed and realized what being with Jesus had done for them! (Acts 4:13-14 ) God have chosen to use us, ordinary men and women, to spread the good news, that saved mens souls and gives them eternal life.Ordinary People. to be an instrument in His hands, to change the direction of someones life. Brothers and sisters, God chose you to be his. Think about that! Not many of you were wise in the way the world judges wisdom. Not many of you had great influence, and not many of you came from important families. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise. He chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. And God chose what the world thinks is not important what the world hates and thinks is nothing. He chose these to destroy what the world thinks is important. God did this so that no one can stand before him and boast about anything. (1 Corinthians 1:26-29 )Dont let your age fool you.God called Moses to deliver Israel from Egypt he was 80 years old.( Exodus 3:6-22 ) Simeon and Anna was used by God in spite of their age. David a young boy who went against and defeated a giant named Goliath, God called Jeremiah at a very young age. Dont forget about Jesus ,he was 12 years old, when he began to speak with the elders in the temple: (Luke 2:41-49) We have this great treasure in an earthen vessel, ordinary container made of clay. We have this treasure from God, but we are only like clay jars that hold the treasure. This is to show that the amazing power we have is from God, not from us. It would be a tragedy to have ,live your whole life with great treasure and not know to have something of great value and not use it.
