Our topic for week six is Prayer. The Prayer The heart does not think, it knows. The heart does not speak, it expresses. My prayer is not a collection of words or of wants. It asks for no-thing and it expects no result. It lives only in the present moment and is not sourced from any cause nor does it move toward any outcome. It carries no motive nor am I the judge of it. My prayer is delivered to me directly from Source, and I am simply the observer of it. When I observe my prayer, I have clear vision of Spirit’s most divine intention. No words can encompass this prayer, yet I seek ways to express it in countless ways. It resonates the frequency of pure love; that I will give love, receive love, and be love. I express my prayer in ceremonies as I humbly welcome in Spirit. It is expressed in my poetry, in my photographs, in my drawings and paintings, and in my chants, songs, and movements. My prayer is witnessed in the love that I feel and express. My prayer is everything in my life and my entire life is an expression of my prayer. Spirits of the four winds, Father Sky, Mother Earth, and Great Mystery. Ancestors and allies, star people and all of my relations, you are welcome into my heart and into this sacred space. I welcome all of the good, beautiful, and true gifts, lessons, and experiences that you bring into my experience at this time. Please allow me to become like a hollow bone, so that I may be authentically in Service of Spirit, bringing the Highest Good to All and only the HIghest Good to All. It contains the intention and the open-hearted acceptance of Spirit’s answer in harmony. It calls forward and receives all at once, resulting in instant manifestation of whatever is prayed for. I implore thee to pray. Pray with each breath and pray with each step. Make your life a prayer of gratitude. Thank Spirit. Thank the earth. Thank the experience itself. Every experience is a gift and an answer to our prayers in the most Divine way. Pray for what is not present and it will become present.
