People ask me to assess them on the Internet all the time. I wish I could help more. Heres a great example of why I cant. Yesterday the taxi driver asks what I do, and then proceeds to tell me about his lower back. He sits all day, lifts luggage, etc. Been to the ortho, physical therapy, not much better. Surely I know whats wrong with him. I gave him this answer, the same one I give to people on Facebook almost daily. I dont like to guess. I need to evaluate you, see you move, test you, and palpate. Dysfunctional patterns are a puzzle, and I need my tools to help me decide which way to go. There are algorithms for what I do, but do they apply to every situation? I dont want to reduce my work to a cookie cutter approach. So if I tell you I really cant help without seeing you (Skype), please understand that it is with the best of intentions. I want you to have my best, and under these circumstances I cannot provide it.
