Please, Im asking desperately, if you have just a minute, please share our story. Last Wednesday we were interviewed by King 5 investigators again (Should air this Thursday) and the next day we were given a notice on our door that the bank once AGAIN FILED FOR UNLAWFUL DETAINER. This is after the devastating news that our first lawyer (that disappeared on us) filed a motion WE NEVER AGREED TO that the sale stood on our home, effectively taking everything we have fought for over the last 4 1/2 years and throwing it out the window. We had no idea at the time and we are so lost on what we are going to do now, it was a complete blow that blindsided us. Any help would mean the world, our new lawyers are trying to fight but they come at a high cost. A cost we have to pay while we try and figure out where we are supposed to go if we have to move in the middle of fighting.
