Many of you may not know but a few weeks ago I was involved in a very serious accident and had it not been for the quick action of my friends and life saving expertise of the Great North Air Ambulance Service and the superb treatment I received at the James Cook University Hospitall I might not be here to tell the tale. The Great North Air Ambulance Service is an entirely volunteer based service, these living legends work day and night, 365 days a year for no pay. Were it not for the hard work and determination of these people I might not be alive today. For this reason I urge every single one of you to donate as much or as little as you can to this service, I hope you never have to but at some time in your life you or someone you love may depend on these people.
