Situation may arise when a set of judges appointed by the previous government would be terminated in the name of impeachment. So, an unending unrest in the judiciary would exist. The judges would be feared to give verdict against the government and they would not be able to work independently and impartially. No judges are safe... The proposed 16th amendment of the Constitution would be the funeral of the ‘Independence’ of judiciary…..
