Press Release Support Military Courts and Amendment 21 in the current situation of the country to fight terrorism. Allama Arif Hussain Wahidi Islamabad/Rawalpindi 14 January 2015 ( )Central General Secretary Allama Arif Wahidi said in his explanatory statement that we support the 21st Amendment and Military Courts to fight against terrorism in the current situation. Lately our leadership has a strong point of view that not until the terrorist will deal iron hand, then not possible to eliminate terrorism. The current judicial system and the policies of the rulers are barriers to punish the terrorists. On 7th January 2015, in meeting of Mili Yakjehti Council Islamabad, it was decided to hold the stand that we support 21st Amendment and Military Courts. We demand that action should be taken against all terrorists without any discrimination. So no any kind of misunderstanding can be develop. Allama Arif Wahidi further said that Quaid Millat e Jafaria Pakistan Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi demanded lately that it is difficult to control terrorism without the death penalty restored. That is why we said welcome to restoration of death penalty. And our categorical commitment is that if the terrorists hang without any discrimination then the country will be free from sore of terrorism and the citizens of homeland will lead cool and calm life further the country will be on the track of development and stability. Allama Arif Wahidi supported the Zarb e Azb Operation and said we will support the steps against the terrorism of Government and Army till the end of last terrorist. But we demand that this operation should be continued all parts of the country without any discrimination either they belong to any community or group. Our position is much clear about Religious Madaris that all the Madaris are like open books. If the Government has solid evidence of involvement in terrorism then full action should be taken against these Madaris. However, Ithad e Tanzimat e Madaris e Dinia should be taken in confidence.
