Cooks – Very fast pace kitchen, must have good knife skills, following directions well, be extremely flexible and be willing to work long hard hours. 2. Drivers – Clean DMV report, be able to read maps, multi task and work well under pressure. 3. Servers – Must have a servant’s heart – not a servant, but a servant’s heart. Be able to pick up 25 lbs. Be very flexible, take direction well. Understand hard work and be able to roll up your selves and get to it. 4. Yard Person – Basic mechanical knowledge, follow direction well, be able to pick up 40 lbs. Clean DMV record, load and unload vehicles, organized. EXTREMLY flexible. Be able work very early mornings and very late nights….
