Rather than dumping a bucket of lice and water on my head, I am donating to the ALS Foundation in memory of my dear friend and client, Deb Lindauer Martin, who lost a very courageous battle to ALS. It is a sad thing to see someone of such vitality succumb to such a terrible desease. She was positive and always thinking of me when I visited her in her home and then at Heartland of Indian Lake. While she could not verbally communicate with me toward the end, I knew she was interested in me and my familiy. Deb, please know that you and the cause are not forgotten. I am glad your story is being told. Rest in peace.
