Company is a fraud do not trust them I placed a pre order with these folks. Got an email explaining me what a pre order is. After a couple of days they sent me an email saying that they can unlock the phone so I need to pay more. I paid them the desired amount around $200 to unlock my phone which is locked to Softbank Japan. On the Check progress of your unlock page it said that it would take 7-10 business days to unlock the phone. After the days had gone by I emailed them to which they said that they are waiting for an update from their supplier and changed the time frame to 15-30 days. Now the 15-30 days have also gone by and I email them every day but they do not tend to respond back. I have asked for a REFUND and they still do not reply back. I am going to report this company to various Law enforcement agencies so that action can be taken against them. This is probably not a company but an individual with this website who is taking people like us for a ride. He is over charging for unlocks but not delivering at all. Probably all the reviews on the website are also a HOAX. Now i get an email after I write this review that I should remove this review in order to get a refund. Wow... These guys really know how to get reviews removed as well. They also keep reporting my review as it is damaging their reputation. Well what about the customer then? Sorry Sir, I have not received a single update from you or any of your colleagues about the delay in unlocking phones locked with Softbank. Plus now you are asking me to remove my comments before I get a refund. I would either want my phone unlocked or a refund. The last message I received from you was that it takes 15-30 days to get Softbank unlocked and that time too has gone by. Very good communication when I contacted them about my unlock they replied all the time. This company is no fraud, I think most people are just being impatient. They offered a refund I asked if I could use it to purchase a Rogers 4s I had no problem within 3 days it was unlocked. I telephoned the number on the website and the person replying, was very helpful and understanding. He recommended I use a service called CheckMEND (a service which costs 2.50€) to see if there where any issues which could affect my unlock.Happily I had no issues and I placed my order with Official phone unlock. my unlock took a little longer than I expected, but the website did advise that due to demand they were taking longer than normal.
