Respectfully want to say dat today PDA is much better den SMC to approach for Construction Permission.I cant understand Wht systems n acts going on in SMC. Now in days even to submit our applications is so difficult den Wht we can say abt to get CP. Everyday SMC authorities changing internal systems, rules n responcibilities wid out any wrriting circulers. public representative of SMC r looking total helpless to reply. Everybody passing to each others. Ppl voated for strong n able leadership in SMC but today scenario is total diffrent. Our territory facing serious down fall in economy n bussiness sector now. Miscommunication between PDA n Fire dept. regarding DC rules n forest NOC issue already highly damaged d economic impression n attractions. Administrative n SMC authority shld be concern wid to encaurage economic sector by making systems smooth n speedy is much needed in recent time.
