Her name originates in Russian and means protector of mankind. Im sure shes done her share as Sasha is a loving, friendly, affectionate and sweet girl, well socialized, well behaved and happy to make friends with both people and other dogs. Sweetly following me with her eyes from her kennel, she got all wiggle butt when I stopped in front of her gate knowing she was going out. Taking care of business as soon as we were out the door indicates shes likely housetrained, she poses for pictures like a rock star not minding being tethered, sits when I ask her to and takes treats gently. Shes cuddly and kissy, joining me on the bench for better closeness, and hugging a staff person when he invites her to do so. Not interested in playing ball, shes happiest close to her person, accepting treats in a welcoming lap. Good in play group, calm and easy, she also made friends with a HUGE Cane Corso walking in the yard. Compact and with the gentlest of eyes, Sasha now needs to be protected. She has a minor skin issue - perhaps a little mange, perhaps an allergy to something, but will need some TLC to clear it up. Shes so friendly, so loving, so smart, so wonderful.....meet her and be her hero, her protector.
