SMC Taranaki Ski & Snowboard Champs 2014 Update for Schools/Students: At this stage the weather forecast indicates we may be able to hold the TSS Secondary competition on WEDNESDAY 23 July, followed by the Primary/Intermediate competition on THURSDAY 24 July. We will review weather, snow, road and field conditions again on Tuesday and will email schools with upconfirmation of date. Secondary schools will receive notication by text from Mike Summerell at TSSSA. We will also update this Facebook page. In the meantime pease keep an eye on the SMC website and Facebook page for confirmation of event going ahead. Students/families are advised to turn up from 10am to obtain lift passes and register any late entries. A quick safety briefing will take place at 10.45am just outside the lodge where the seating area is, with the aim of starting the competition at 11am.
