SOS!! This old guy at OC shelter looks like hes suffered from neglect all his life, or at least for many years. His biggest issue is his skin and the fact that he is emaciated and very thin. He seemed so hungry when I saw him.:( His review date passed today with no rescue. HE IS RESCUE ONLY and will not leave the shelter unless a rescue saves him.
