OSEC DSWD4B SOCWO2-491-2004 at the Institutional Development Division of the DSWD Field Office IV-MIMAROPA (Salary Grade 15- PhP24,887.00), with the following qualification standards: Minimum Qualifications per CSC Education : Bachelor’s Degree Experience : None Required Training : None Required Eligibility : RA 1080 (Registered Social Worker) Job Specific Requirements: 1. With Bachelor of Master’s Degree in Social Work with PRC registration 2. Must have at least two years of relevant experience in case work, group work, community organizing, implementation of social protection projects; coordination and partnerships with local government units and civil society organizations 3. With a strong leadership abilities, able to bring a team to work together 4. With relevance exposure or training on institutional or organizational development 5. With familiarity with government procurement and financial management 6. Has a strong commitment to social development and protection 7. With good oral and written communication skills 8. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications Job Location : Malate, Manila Functions: 1. Conduct institutional and organizational analysis using participatory methodologies 2. Formulate institutional and organizational development plan in coordination with the capacity building unit, planning unit and other stakeholders 3. Facilitate and monitor the execution of the Institutional and Organizational Development Plan 4. In coordination with the Capacity Building Unit, implement strengthening activities for the functionality of Local Social Welfare and Development Offices 5. Act as the focal person for Public Private Partnership / CSO Engagement, Bayanihang Bayan 6. Act as the Knowledge Management Focal Person and Social Welfare and Development Learning Network 7. Facilitate activities under the Student Training Program 8.
