SURGICAL EQUIPMENT THAT COSTS AROUND 300 000 UAH IS GIFTED TO KHARKIV MILITARY HOSPITAL BY “PEACE AND ORDER” CHARITY FUND The surgeons of Kharkiv military hospital will operate on wounded warriors with state-of-the-art high-precision equipment: 4 electrocoagulators ЭХВА-350 М-Nadiya, 4 stitching devices (УО-60 and УО-40), 1 infusomat, 5 surgical suctions 7А-23В and “Striker” complex for orthopedics surgeries that costs almost 50% of the named amount. New surgical instruments enable high precision surgeries and prompt cessation of small vessels bleeding. Olexandr Boroday, colonel of medical service and leading traumatologist of the hospital, states the “Striker” complex is irreplaceable for first aid, traumatological surgeries and further rehabilitation of the patients. The electrocoagulator raises surgeries effectiveness and enables quick cessation of small vessels bleeding during surgeries. Victoria Milyutina, coordinator of medical sphere of volunteer work, shares “Highly qualified professionals work at the military hospital, and this new equipment facilitates their work and rehabilitation of our soldiers. 300 000 UAH is a huge amount for every clinic. Volunteers could collect that amount, but it would take such a long time. Such gift to the military hospital was possible due not indifferent businesspeople and charity fund”. Vsevolod Kozhemiako, co-founder of the “Peace and Order” charity fund says “We haven’t found solutions to all the issues yet. We still need additional medical equipment, comfortable furniture and medicine, so we are happy to receive any kind of help from those who care about rehabilitation of our soldiers.
