I have become so much more confident at travelling by myself, never would of imagined getting 5 trains in one day but I did it🙊 I work with such lovely babies and children and it is so rewarding also building a good partnership with their parents, definitely got better at communicating with parents and giving them feedback. Im so so lucky to have been given the opportunity to work for such a brilliant company and the experience is so beneficial to go with my college course! So so happy and cannot wait to work at loads more creches
