The room itself is also off kitchenette, large double glass sliding doors lead into this fully furnished carpeted room, wooden double bed, side tables, book shelf and linen included, also a sky-lite, there is a built in cupboard with both shelves and hanging space. The toilet is off room, private. The place is in such a stunning location, extremely central, although you feel like you are living in a mountain resort. It is available 1st Aug for R5500 pm incl water & elec + 1 month deposit. Please note, there is a construction site next door, nearly completed, all the noisy things done, just the garden area to do, mentioning this because along the path they have put up a temporary corrugated iron wall, to be replaced with a wooden wall shortly, this will add to the charm of this unit. They do not have access to my property at all, and when the wall is going to be constructed, the Architects will contact me for permission, I work from home, so this is easily coordinated. Construction to be complete by Oct. Also note, I am currently having the unit repainted and freshend up, so the images posted here to not reflect the furniture that will be included, mine is much better than these.
