Slow progress is good progress. Dont be disheartened by small changes on the scales & the measuring tape - the smallest changes are the greatest. Losing weight too quickly will likely mean your body is burning muscle in addition to fat - hard earned muscle that might have taken you months or years to build. Always make sure youre getting the fat loss job done on as many calories as possible to ensure youre holding onto as much lean mass as you can. Similarly, gain weight too quickly & chances are youre just getting fat. Building muscle is a painfully long & tedious process - focus on gradually increasing calories over time so you can add quality lean mass to your frame without gaining unnecessary body fat. Again - dont be disheartened by slow progress. Ive lost just over 1kg in the past 3-4 weeks. Yes - progress becomes slower as you get leaner, but slow progress in this case means I will hold onto more muscle mass. I LOVE slow progress. Slow progress can come at me.
