So Its time to set the record straight . I had been very upset with myself because I lost my cool after being under tons of self imposed pressure at the NCAC . I was very ashamed of how I handled the situation . 1st run group Sunday of the NCAC , we were in grid doing Suzannes runs . After watching her second run I turn and start walking back to grid . I notice the grid worker sliding my tire blankets with his foot down through grid . Inside those tire blankets are my tools and 2 helmets . As he is sliding it my helmet rolls out and down the pavement . I yell at the grid worker and as loudly , What are you doing ? , he says , Moving Grid , it was too tight and people needed room . (No one had problems the entire day before or following with room in the same grid spots), I ask him who gave him permission , he says no one . I asked why he had not asked me for permission to move grid OR my stuff . He says I wasnt around ,,this despite me standing in the same grid prepping Suzannes car between runs . I told him to put it back like it was . He says its too tight and they need room . At this point I lost it and went into a full blown rant ,, Im not proud of it but I was (slightly) calm up until this point but I lost it . I apologized after I calmed down ,,,twice ,, for how I handled it . Im not sorry for being upset about a random guy changing my grid and moving my crap without permission . He was wrong for both actions . I was VERY wrong for how I handled it and am deeply ashamed and humiliated for how I handled it . I also offered to cover his entry fee to an up coming zMax event . After my offers to mmake amends he posts that Im an ass . He still doesnt believe he was in the wrong on any count . Im done apologizing . I have resigned as an Officer with TSCC because I didnt want to ever leave a black mark on the Club again . I apologize to any who witnessed it .
