So our nation is in debt to a point in which its not really feasible to repay it. How is this possible? Didnt we invent the car, the phone, electricity, put a man on the moon? Broke! Really? Our founders are turning in their graves asking themselves what the (EXPLICIT) has happened? I have a couple thoughts to why this has came to be. First free trade agreement. (NAFTA) FOOLISHNESS. How do our on manufacturing facilities compete with imports that consist of no overhead costs. Such as insurance, NO TAX OR IMPORT TARIFF, and a wage of like a dollar a day to their employees. Wanna buy cheap? Buy from China, Taiwan, Pakistan etc. All money spent with these other countrys go back home with them, and will not return back to us. My second thought came to me a couple weeks back while in a pawn shop looking for some good tools. MADE IN THE U.S.A. I came across some JOHN DEERE sockets. So, I picked them up for a closer look and to my surprise they were made in Taiwan. I TOSSED THEM DOWN AND JUST WALKED OUT. I go on with my mission to find some good tools. I came across some CRAFTSMAN tools at the local K-Mart. Thought they didnt seem to expensive so I move in for a closer look. BANG! Right to my head they are now made in CHINA. WT? Has our generation that they are so f? lazy that they dont want to work the corporations that their grandfathers started. Why did they sell out to the enemy? Lazy? Cant beat them join them attitude? You do realize that even if a product is made in the U.S.A. There is a chance that they are produced by a foreign company. With the only money remaining in America is the employees wage, The true profit once again leaves the country never to return again. YES. WE ARE BROKE! THE REAL CHANGE AMERICA NEEDS IS NOT STUPID HEALTH REFORM! ITS TIME TO BRING OUR MONEY AND SERVICEMEN AND WOMAN BACK HOME. STOP IMPORTS, OR MAKE THEM PAY THROUGH THE NOSE. SO JUST MAYBE WHAT FEW AMERICAN COMPANYS THAT ARE LEFT CAN COMPETE. CAPITALISM IS OURS AND THE REST OF THE WORLD HAS CASHED IN ON IT WHILE WE CASHED OUT.
