Solution to all Memphis problems as follows: double the sentence served for all offenses or increase the charge (for ex. all 1st degree murders treated as capital murder) remove all commodities from prisons and jails (ALL, tv, weights, yard time, etc), much more cops, all new leadership for the city(no democrats) abolish welfare except for extreme need, no more handouts, stricter curfew, restore benefits of city workers,encourage carrying of a weapon for self defense among the law abiding residents, destroy all derelict property or buildings that cannot meet code. If you dont acknowledge you have a problem Memphis/AC Wharton/Armstrong/Dems in general, you will never solve it!
