Some of you know this already, some dont, but I had a CAT scan on Monday, part of my regular 6-month protocol. Ive been horribly nervous about this, because I found a lump on my neck, 1 below my surgery scar, about two weeks ago. The good news is the scan came back clean. The not so fast, buddy comment is that my nurse practitioner wants me to see my surgeon within the next week, just to take a look at the spot. Nobody seems terribly concerned, but Ill feel better after he says ahh, youre all good. Its just a _____ with something benign in the blank. But for now? Panera for dinner, and a little relaxing.
