Last week I missed the local show for a band Ive been into for a few years (the Dutch/American Ska-Punk act Jaya The Cat) for the Eurekas gig (superb choice, the show was astounding). Next day, we drove down to Bournemouth to see Jaya, and I got to chatting with their Keyboardist. I said how wed missed the show and he mentioned that he knew Chris, and not only that, but supported him this year; turns out it was one of the ex-Tropical Contact members, Karl Smith who supported on the Walsall and Bristol dates of the March tour.
