Started a variation of Chili Verde this morning in my crock pot. Using Boudan sausage for the meat. But i tested it after it had simmered the last 4 hours. WOW, it has a bite. I took my test spoon full and a small bite of the Boudan, had to get a towel and wipe my head off. Its 43 degrees out and rain/snow mix forcasted. Good day for it. (note to self: hmmmm wonder if i put too many chipotle peppers in my chili..was a whole can to much?)
