Such a shame, considering the talent I know and that theyre all struggling to find a classroom to call their own. Bright, young talents, fighting against the machine thats tenure, and this is whats tolerated as the accepted alternative. THIS is why America lags in education, and we need better measures to detect when the sparks gone and its time to cut the cord. Its time to embrace bold, new pioneers of education and set our angry dinosaurs loose.
