Sunday is our cheat meal. After a week of working out hard and eating clean, the body and mind need a rest and can actually benefit from ONE cheat meal. Not an entire day of eating whatever we want but one nice cheat meal that is guilt free and well deserved. The sodium, sugar and fat from a cheat meal will be absorbed and put to good use. However, moderate portions are still the law of the land. Tonight were having Tuccis Pizza but Ill have a salad first to fill me up with nutrients and provide proper fiber for my digestion.
