TEAM 811 is a dedicated Airsoft MILSIM team founded in 2011 and we are looking for active recruits to fill our ranks. Although the team itself is young, it is not short on experience, talent, and dedication. The goal of 811 is to have a team of MILSIM players that would take their training, tactics, and execution to a higher level. For the team to support the airsoft community and raise the quality of competition. Most importantly, invest in the enjoyment and the future of the sport with a solid team and well organized MILSIM team. We currently have 8 full members of the team, with 2 being active US Army. 811 has 6 active “recruits” and we are looking for more. TEAM 811 has more to offer than your average airsoft team: ➢ The seven full members combined offer a total of over 25 years of airsoft experience ➢ A combined total of 27 national events played, 5 regional events, and an endless number of local level experience, games at numerous fields. ➢ Military, Military Science, & History Study experience ➢ Leadership experience that surpasses any other airsoft team in the region. Our members have been national level squad leaders, National level Platoon leaders, and Commanding Officers of regional and local level events. ➢ Expert knowledge of airsoft equipment as well as “real deal” gear that is practical in the MILSIM environment. ➢ 811 is well equipped with high end reliable equipment. ➢ 811 offers a structured training and practice of tactics. ➢ A dedicated team forum available to only members and active recruits. ➢ 811 team members that are owners, partners, event organizers, and employees in the airsoft business. ➢ Exclusive access to training facilities What are we looking for in a recruit? ➢ Honor and Integrity ➢ Dedication- be at practices, team events. ➢ Endurance- physical and mental ➢ Maturity- be willing to learn and accept others concepts, ideas, and constructive feedback. Have a handle on and manage your ego. ➢ Team Player- follow command and work as a team, know your job and execute it ➢ Reliable equipment- M4 based variants that will withstand extended play time.
