TODAYS TOP TIP: Here at Northeast Bootcamp we like our clients to eat clean fresh foods in order for them to get the best out of their journey with us. We see some incredible results thanks to our clients following our “Fat Flush Plan” whilst attending our camp. One top tip we would like to share with our readers is to eat more fish Fish is a good source of protein and contains many vitamins and minerals. Try and have fish twice per week minimum with one of those servings being oily fish like mackerel. Oily fish is high in omega-3 fats that help prevent heart disease. It can also enhance lipolysis (fat burning) whilst at the same time it down regulates the production of fat. You can choose from fresh, frozen, vacuum rapped and canned although the fresher the food source the better as they are less likely to have any cross contamination, additives or preservatives. Oily fish include salmon, mackerel, trout, herring, fresh tuna, sardines and pilchards. Non-oily fish include haddock, plaice, coley, cod, tinned tuna, skate and hake. If you eat fish on a regular basis then be sure to always vary the type of fish you eat for more FREE top tips please subscribe to our newsletter here: bit.ly/Subscribe2Newsletter
