Talking about Ice packs, many years ago when i lived at Minto in sydney south west out Campbelltown years ago I fell off the roof of the house when i lost balance while putting tv antania up and came down on the wooden fence and knackered myself badly, finished up in a AMbulance and Campbelltown Hospital for 6 days with very swollen grion area with heavy bruising, for 2 days and nights i had to have ice packs given to me and couldnt move too much the pain was unberable when the doctor came for inspection time on his rounds, after 6 days i was aloud to be discharged as the swelling had gone done and the bleeding stoped Thank God there was no major injury only to my pride
