Thanks to the invitation by Mak Sakamoto, I have been accepted to be a member of this forum. I was requested to contribute an essay to a new textbook of a university in Florida being asked by a friend professor of mine specializing in things about Japan including history, politics and culture. Editing by the friend professor finished and I signed an agreement with a publishing company appointed by the university. I wrote Relations between the United States and Japan from the cultural viewpoint by revealing bad policies taken by Franklin Roosevelt, but adding fantastic assistance rendered to Japan by then American Ambassador to Japan, namely, Ambassador Grew, who tried all his best to stop war between Japan and the US by protesting and reporting to the Roosevelt Administration. All of his reports were ignored by President Roosevelt and State Secretary Hull, both of who wanted to provoke Japan to initiate war against the US with tough economic sanctions applied to Japan. The textbook may be published in April. If it is done, I will go to the university and deliver a special seminar to the students of my friend professor. For more details, I will post another message on this forum after the book is published. I will continue to speak out loudly to people in the world in English to protect Japanese and Japan from rouges like the Chinese Communist Party, North Korea and anti-Japan South Korean people, who have been fabricating and concocting stories to attack and discount Japan and Japanese.
