The New Year is a time for New Beginnings. Its a time to make new goals, create new dreams, start new journeys... heck, its a new year and its your time to decide what you want in life and decide who you want to be! Whatever it is, with a little elbow grease, and education, you can achieve it. For New Beginnings Personal Training we have lots of new and exciting things in the pipe line for 2015. The list is limited by only our imagination. We aim to never stay stagnant and, along side you, we aim to always dream, believe and achieve. The first exciting news is that Jenni West will be joining the New Beginnings Team! YAY! Most of you will have met, chatted or even trained with Jenni. She is one of the most inspiring, motivated and fun loving people I have ever met. She is always trying to push her personal boundaries. Jenni started her health and fitness journey 3 years ago and has achieved a lot since then including losing 30 kgs, completing half marathons and competing in cross fit competitions. Jenni says her strengths are being able to run for hours and do sit ups and her weakness, and things to work on, are her love for burpees! She has experienced and overcome the physical and emotion struggles that come with loosing weight and therefore will be able to relate to a lot of you, not just imagine, but actually understand what you are going through on your health and fitness journey. Jenni will be an amazing addition to New Beginnings and I feel extremely proud to have her training you all alongside me this year. Below is the updated timetable and price list for 2015. Starting on Monday the 5th Jenni will be taking Tuesday Track your change class, Wednesday Mobility and Tension release class and Thursday circuit class. I will be still writing the classes but Jenni will be taking them. I will be taking the rest of the classes throughout the week. There is no change to personal training sessions. If you have any questions please dont hesitate to call, text, email or PM me. I hope everyone had a fantastic christmas and has an even better New Year. I look forward to seeing you back at class in the new year and hope to see lots of new faces!
