The Religious church today has the same spirit on it as Peter had on him on the Mt. of Transfiguration...they want to keep what God has LET GO OF... the Law.. and they want to build a house for it so they can continue to visit it! RELIGION gathers itself around DEAD history and it places people under BONDAGE to dead works! JESUS IS THE AUTHOR and the FINISHER!!! ONLY JESUS SHOULD BE PREACHED!! His teachings, His ways, His Character!! Jesus NEVER preached the Law!!!.... we are NOT to get messages to preach and teach to the church FROM THE LAW! Any books of the Bible that go behind Matthew are for REFFENCE ONLY! The New Covenant, The New Testament, is where ALL preaching and teaching should come from !!! When your messages to the Body of Christ come from the Law and the Prophets you are preaching legalism and Bondages to the Law. ANYTHING before John the Baptist is just reference notes. In Matthew 5, Jesus said that the LAW and the PROPHETS are FULFILLED in Him...Jesus did not destroy the Law and the Prophets, Jesus FULFILLED them...their job was over and Jesus job was beginning!
