The charter movement and CC and high stakes testing are all inextricably entwined in NYS - it is all about hidden money, profit, lobbying. I believe Cuomo felt comfortable supporting Eva Moskowitz because the charter battle right now is mainly focused in NYC - he thought the suburban contingent wouldnt take notice. Did Cuomo think that we really wouldnt follow the money and put 2 and 2 together? He wore his greed on his sleeve as bright as those Success Academy t-shirts the other day in Albany.
